冴え冴えてなほ滑稽な月

The main difficulties in understanding this film as a learner are as follows:

• The plot makes no sense so you have no context to latch onto most of the time
• Many sentences are ridiculous for comedic effect
• This is presumably an indie film and sometimes the sound mixing makes it hard to pick out the voice over the music and/or noise

That said, this is one of the most insane, and also most fun, movies I've watched in Japanese. Just go in looking for a good time and don't worry too much about
