Shigeo "Mob" Kageyama is an uninteresting middle schooler with interesting supernatural powers. Combined with teenage emotions and the wackiness of the supporting cast, shenanigans ensue. Comedy manga (that can get emotional later on, but this volume is like the first 2 episodes of the show).
I came to this manga after finishing the show. If you've seen the show, then I'd say that the manga is the exact same level of difficulty, with the ramblings of Reigen being a bit more daunting when print
