The grammar is simple. I don’t remember the use of much historical grammar. Just many old titles and pronouns. And also a lot of sentence ending を。
The vocabulary is most difficult. The lookups were mostly about fantasy terms (this category was the smallest since a few words were reused often), class systems, and office work.
I didn’t feel burdened by any of the lookups since they were easy to plug into these sentences. It also helped that I absolutely loved the manga. Beautiful art, cool characters, endearing lead. I’m also pretty averse to the isekai genre because I hate the overpowered, chosen one thing. The MC here is basically underpowered. It’s exactly my cup of tea.

無力25歳OL subservient to 15祭悪役令嬢。奇麗なアートワーク
Not sure how I feel about it yet. I can't help but compare to 私の推しは悪役令嬢 - which has a far more interesting world and setup, and of which this feels somewhat derivative. Otoh the villainess here is actually kinda evil (at least more than Claire), and that occasionally adds an interesting "should I be doing this?" to the MC's decision making. Unlike わたおし the relationship in this is very consensual from the get-go (leaving aside that the villainess summoned her, and is her employer/master) - there's no harassment and strong arming). In fact, the leads and their relationship development are quite endearing and caring towards each other. It feels like a realistic enough progression so far. The world building is also nowhere near as present as わたおし - which is fine.
While the OP has future knowledge here as well, the story frequently deviates from the script she knows, somewhat neutralizing her only "power". This creates an interesting inversion - the OL is 25, but besides having good social and work skills, is utterly powerless and subservient to the competent and powerful 15 year old villainess (who of course looks and acts like she's 20 🙄). That inversion is largely why I picked up the book. As the age gap goes, it's mostly forgotten and minimally incorporated into the story - which I found disappointing.
Artwork is beautiful as well, and this is definitely an easier read than わたおし (grammar and vocab). So if you're interested in the aristocrat-ish reincarnation/fantasy stories, this is a good choice with which to dip your feet in.
