It's wordier than I'm used to. The grammar is not complex, but getting through it felt tedious at times from having to look up so much kanji on a single page. The vocabulary all felt useful though. It was a lot of workplace words that I've never seen before but that are absolutely basic within that category (promotion, workplace, superior, etc). Most of that lingo disappears after the first half when it becomes about the characters' feelings.
