It's a decent sequel, but in my opinion it suffers from the same problem as the first volume: Pretty much all the interesting dragon-related things happen in the first part. The longer second part is just purely high school stuff where Ruri might as well be cosplaying with horns and contact lenses for all it matters. Worse still, I could probably summarize all the new things we learn about her dragon nature in four short sentences.
