This was a fun, wild ride. I didn't expect things to go the way they did, and I'm really looking forward to seeing the aftermath of everything in the next arc. With that said, there were a few too many side stories for my taste, even if they were important given the circumstances. 4 stars.

The main story of this volume—especially the climax—was fantastic. Unfortunately, the climax comes just past the halfway point, and the rest of the book is mostly uninteresting setup for the next arc. This stops an otherwise amazing book from getting 5/5.
