Especially good for picking up gaming vocabulary
Being somewhat of a shojo/josei manga and netoge otaku myself, this series is pretty much perfect for me. The main character is a little pathetic but likeable, and the story can be quite funny. The plot revolves around an MMO, so there's a lot of online and gaming vocabulary and slang to pick up. The only real downside to the manga is that there's no furigana, so it's a bit of a struggle without a lot of kanji knowledge.
