I really enjoyed this conclusion to the Orioya arc! It packed a lot in, and finally (!) answered a question that had been brought up since volume 1, which was exciting and very moving. I love how this volume developed a lot of the employees at Orioya, such as Nene and Hideyoshi, following up with last volume's partial focus on Hatori and Matsuba-sama. In addition, I loved seeing the improvement in Ginji and Ranmaru's relationship. While there was sadly too little Ōdanna-sama for my tastes, I really enjoyed the scene that he appeared in towards the end, as well as the 幕間 where he terrorized Raijū with the help of the adorable Nobunaga. I adored the scene with the 海坊主. It connected to Aoi's past and effectively did what this series does best - develop people past their first impressions and make meaningful and lasting relationships and memories through the help of food. 5 stars.
