Where do I start? this book was full of drama that made me lose interest in the book halfway through it.
I only liked the beginning of the book and how it ended. everything in between was really bad (in my opinion).
Not to mention the main characters were meh and boring.


Great Writing VERY Problematic Tropes
If you don't like being emotionally manipulated, don't read this novel. If you don't like relationships between a teacher and their student, don't read this novel.
On the one hand, this novel was very well written. Yuu Nagira really knows how to write prose.
On the other hand, I am SO sick and tired of the tired trope...of a character getting cancer and dying. At least there was a reason the character got cancer and it wasn't out of the blue, but still. And I HATE t
