Basic plot: This is way more fun jumping in with no idea what's going on, read it for the creepy vibes. The artwork here is a lot of fun and honestly the story written out is a bit weak, but the atmosphere sells it. That said, if you must have a plot summary: A woman's body is found after she jumps off a roof, her face is damaged beyond recognition from the fall. A famous author and her twin sister (who the author never knew about) are called in by the police to identify the body. What is the relationship between the author and the woman, and the woman and her sister?
Content warnings: Suicide, some explicit sex scenes (more explicit in volume 2 than 1).
Language learning: I fully admit I wasn't sure how to rate this manga on difficulty as I don't read much manga. I didn't think it was especially difficult, but a few notes on why I marked it higher than other manga I've read thus far:
Here is a non-spoilery example pane of dialogue
All that said - it's pretty light on text and some parts are quite easy. So while this is currently a 34 (Aug 2023) that may go down.
