My initial thought reading this was "this is コンビニ人間, but insane." - then I realized it's written by the same author.
Very straightforward writing style. Nothing tricky in terms of grammar and no unusual words I noticed.
As a note - it's listed as 15 pages on here and on BookMeter but using the Honto desktop app it's only 5 pages with me using the default font. This is a very quick read.
