This didn't get on with me. Started good, really boring in the middle, and then interesting again at the end. It was also all rather predictable.
I didn't know until I was about half way in that this was a spin-off of one of the author's other series.
What was interesting that the narrator changed twice during the book and the prose changes accordingly.
Full furigana all the way through. This does use the 、character above some words for emphasis and you won't get furigana in those cases.
