[DeepL Translation - needs review] Volume 1 Introduction: I'm worried about your future, but I'm leaving you alone because you're interesting. But I'm leaving it alone because it's fun. What the girl sees is a new world that is always a little off and always strange. The daily life of an imaginary girl is loosely depicted by the talented author of "The League of Feathers" and "Near Under Seven".

A charming full-colour manga in the vein of the various young-kid-exploring-the-world mangas like Yotsuba or Moto Takagi-san, from the character designer behind Serial Experiments Lain. Difficulty-wise the problem is not so much with the dialogue (which is not too hard, though Ryushika herself speaks pretty much only in hirigana, which can make it a bit tricky) but actually more with the actual comic and panel design, which is often abrupt, imaginative and marginally more difficult to follow than a more grounded work. Probably not an absolute beginner read, but entertaining nonetheless.
