There's a few sweet sections, but quite a few sections feel like they were a bit more relevant closer to the time.
E.g. there's a handful on musicians, films, etc. which I could've skipped.
That said, I really enjoyed the essay on her favourite restaurants in Asakusa (despite it very likely these places no longer exist).
