This is my least favorite JoJo Part. I thought Joseph was really obnoxious for most of the story. Language wise, Joseph and the secondary male main character speak in a really anime typical almost slang way. The explanations for some of the fights are pretty roundabout and confusing at times. If you're reading for the sake of practicing Japanese, I think there's better materials out there.
As far as content goes, this Part is set right before World War, so there are nazis. Reoccurring. I
