A brief review which might be a bit all over the place:

At times it was difficult to remain engaged - the story dragged on too slowly for me during certain parts. Fortunately that did change during the last third of the book and there were some plot twists I had not seen coming, which made me very happy.

One of the things I liked about the 1st book was the friendship between the group. No unecessary drama, no need for jealousy - just friends being friends, without annoying, forced teeny drama.
