This is a collection of four science fiction short stories. The problem is that one of them is "do not read this" level awful...
Story one involves the development of a new nanotech brain augmentation system that lets people instantaneously record or acquire new knowledge or even worldviews. There's a theme of how this is going to affect minority cultures and whether it's possible to oppose the effective Westernisation and USification that "everybody learns everything by download of standard mo
