This was an enjoyable follow-up to the first book! This book centers on the goings-on at school and preparations for the school festival. We're introduced to some new characters (and a light romantic interest), and of course, a new mystery. The mystery had some surprisingly serious elements to it, which further supports my feeling that these books are a little more mature and have more depth than the average kiddy novel. I also feel that these books have a more difficult spread of vocabulary tha
