I stopped reading this just about 50% through.
Language wise everything has furigana, the setting is England so character names and some conversation words are English-based, and the main character is obsessed with ghost stories and a (real) 1700s gothic novel, 'The Castle of Otranto'. I've read that story so it's possible some of the weirder things she said made more sense to me - it's a fun story though, so I recommend reading it whether or not the manga interests you.
There are also some essay-like spreads between sections, which may be more of a reading challenge if you primarily just read manga. The topics are light - for example, England and Japan's love of ghost stories and the traditions each have around them.
Unfortunately story wise this just didn't hold my interest. It's somewhere between a cutesy slice of life (for a spoiler girl with household servants and a private teacher) and mini horror stories (that are more funny than anything). There didn't seem to be any real overarching plot or even character development that I could look forward to.
If you don't mind those things however this will likely be a chill and relaxed read.
