This volume 2 keeps the pace or rather ramps it up even faster. Great action and suspenseful story.
The series has a lot of slang and is mostly action. Full entertainment rating for full engagement and interest but probably not the best for actually learning a whole lot of standard Japanese. It is a very nice change of pace from any other kind of reading material.
