Learn How to Learn
This is a good book full of lots of advice from improving how to learn things, to general well being through different output methods.
A lot of the advice is common sense but it's also stuff you're not taught in school and can be useful for some.
Each segment is only two pages long, making it an easy book to pick up for five or ten minutes at a time. It might be boring if you try to read it in one go.
It's also good Japanese practice. I listened to the audiobook which was very clear and easy
