(3.69/5)First completed LN!
This is my the first time I completed, from start to finish without much problem, a light novel, after struggling with other novels like Kino no Tabi, Youzitsu, soshimin series, onajiyume (the only one here that was more readable was Kino no tabi, but it was tough).
The grammar is easy in the sense that the autor use the same through the book. It has some adventure like vocabulary, as well as some living in the forest-ish vocabulary.
Now, to listen it again with the audiobook
A great first LN
This was the first LN I ever finished after a few attempts at other LNs that ended up being either too hard or not interesting enough to hold my attention.
I think this is a perfect first LN, it used straight forward grammar, uses the same words and phrases frequently, and at the same time is a genuinely interesting story.
A great next step for those who have finished Kuma Kuma Kuma Bear
After finishing up until current of Kuma Kuma Kuma Bear, I kept trying other light novels, but found most of them too difficult. This one however was a really good next step up, with a lot of similar vocab, and the grammar isn't too difficult. Definitely a good stepping stone series towards reading more advanced light novels!
Good beginner audio practice
I listened to this purely as an audiobook in order to get in more listening practice, and I feel like it was a generally good choice. We follow a young, reincarnated girl in a fantasy world, who's born with minimal magical powers compared to the rest of the population. She's driven from her home at a young age (5, I believe) and must survive on her own.
The vocabulary and grammar are generally fairly simple, and the beginning chapters are quite short, eventually lengthening as the book goes on
