This is a wholesome story about a man starting a new job; he suffered intense workplace harassment from his previous boss, and has to work through that trauma with his new one. Thankfully, his new boss is a bit clutzy and airheaded, leading to some sweet scenes, and a nice reminder that not everyone's a terrible person. We're also introduced to some coworkers along the way, who round out the book nicely.

Due to workplace harassment, Momose (桃瀬) has started a job at a new advertising firm. Still traumatized from his former boss he's anxious to work under his new boss Shirosaki (白崎), who however turns out to be an adorable clutz and cat lover . (Not really a spoiler since it's literally in the title)
It's a heartwearming and wholesome story without any drama, very healing. The episodes are short and rather slice of life.

Very effeminate pansy boys. It feels gay but doesn't quite cross any boundaries. I didn't see the appeal and feel that there is a small target market for this type of thing.
