Extraordinarily ordinary stories about middle aged men & their families
The book features 7 short stories of about 50 pages each. They very much are stand alones, sharing only by a common theme: middle age and the struggles that (may) come with it.
This is a book about family, friendship, dreams, expectations... For all that we follow along from the POV of a single man in each story, the people in their lives don't fall short either.
The only drama is of the everyday kind, there's no magical conclusion at the end; these are very ordinary, slow stories. Yet I found
