Basically just a guy talking about cold weather precipitation. I had to look up quite a few weather related words, but for something written in 1935 it was pretty easy to follow without that much for old vocab and grammar (although it has a little).
I wouldn't call it terribly interesting, but it was a smooth read. If this author writes about other topics I'd be open to reading them.
