This manga was pretty intense to tell you the truth. I enjoyed the story, but it was quite strange. I liked the uniqueness of it though. As for difficulty, there are pretty much no furigana except for character names the first time they appear. I was able to figure out the readings the majority of the time but I wouldn't recommend this book for anyone below N3 level.
