Read this along with the children's book club and it was a great pick for discussing every week. The plot felt a little thin at times but was entertaining enough.
Language Learning
This book didn't seem to have extra tricky grammar, but the confusing parts are the conversations where they're discussing who might be the werewolf and what the rules are etc. I found some of these a bit hard to follow at times because you have to carefully pay attention.
Entertaining for a children's novel
I found this children's book rather entertaining. The children have to "play" a game where one member is an imposter (werewolf) that they have to identify. If they fail to identify them, then one person gets killed. So as you can imagine it's a thriller, but for a children's book the stakes are rather high! So I found myself wanting to read on to find out how they resolved this.
I guess if you like shows like Liar Game then you would find this interesting.

Probably not recommended if you want a typical "traitor game" book, but...
I'm not sure I'd recommend this book to someone who (like me) expected something typical in the psychological/traitor game genre. You know, interesting rules, smart thinking, intrigue and/or lots of feelings. You'll find pretty much none of that here. The characters are normal kids, not genius detective prodigies. And yes, it's a death game, but since it's written for kids, desperation levels will be rather low at almost all times despite the extremely high stakes.
