This is somewhere between cute musings on cats and very messed up thoughts about cats. I don't know how to feel about it.
Because it's more just rambling and less a straightforward narrative story I consider this to be a harder read. Typical of Aozora for older kanji use and older grammar structures. It is a very short story however, so even going though it slowly won't take too long.
