This is rather like さんかく窓の外側は夜 in being difficult to judge because while every single kanji has furigana (making me want to rate it easier), the grammar and ways of speaking require full understanding of N3 and probably a smidge of N2? The vocabulary isn't ridiculously extensive, but it did include a handful of words I haven't personally (at 30+ books) encountered in writing before, so I wouldn't consider it narrow by any means. It's also not helped along as much by being a manga as some of the longer dialogues have topics not illustrated and you only see the faces of the characters talking.
I also watched the live action show before reading the manga, which may contribute to a feeling of easiness.
There are some kanji which are incorrectly furigana'd for effect. As an example, 刑事 (read: けいじ) had でか (slang for detective) beside it. This is uncommon enough I don't think it'd be a blocker, but it is a tally in the "not for beginners" column.
Finally, I think this is common for manga (not sure, mostly read books) but several times words commonly written in kanji would be in katakana, again for effect. 普通 being written as フツー was one I saw a few times.
Unrelated to difficulty but as a comparison to the TV show, I felt like in the TV show "翔" and 整 had a boyish friendship, but in the manga there were definite BL vibes. Again reminds me of さんかく窓. Maybe I'm just dense when watching live action. 🤷♀️
Slow-paced and psychological rather than thrilling and action heavy. But it's entertaining and fascinating and I enjoyed it a lot.
It has full furigana, but it's definitely not for beginners. The handwritten text outside the bubbles is also very small, which makes it hard to read.
Basically, a story about the weirdest dude who cannot keep his opinions to himself even when there's a knife in his face, and who keeps getting mixed up in situations he has nothing to do with.
