Enjoyable, but not much substance
となりの番犬 is a quick one-shot that follows two childhood friends, one cute and bubbly and the other overprotective (like, yandere levels without the violence). They're pretty much at max in terms of physical contact (in an innocent way) right as the story begins anyway, so after getting together life continues on as normal to some degree.
