[DeepL Translation - needs review] The night of the endurance. The morning of giving up. Is this world an effort of resignation? Or is it the endurance of ruefulness? And so, in the daylight, I am eaten away by insects, and my happiness is found in a perverse world.

One of the reviews on BookMeter for this starts with "読んだけれど、よくわからなかった" and BIG SAME. I understood all of the Japanese...I just didn't quite get the meaning. It had an interesting vibe and I'm inclined to think the mood was mostly what the author was trying to convey.
Nothing too difficult for vocab or grammar beyond the usual for Aozora books (old kanji usage, bit of older grammar, etc). Overall quite comprehensible incomprehensible Japanese.
