Short, touching story.
I listened as an audiobook, so I won’t comment too much on the vocab/grammar. It was a nice listen though, the cast makes it easy to tell when it switches POVs.
I felt it was a little childish in the beginning, but as I gave it another chance I got pulled into the story. I was actually surprised at how touching I ended up feeling the story was. I did tear up, so that’s always good in my book. Also I felt this story is similar to Lonely Castle in the Mirror a little??? But I enjoyed this more.
