This is book that consists of one short story, one longer story, and then a brief poem at the end. The first story was a bit forgettable, but the longer story was quiet weighty and reminded a bit of grave of the fireflies. I really liked it, despite the surprisingly darker themes. The poem itself is very simple and practically reads like a lullaby. The whole thing also has lovely art.
In terms of learning, the book itself is low on Kanji use but does use a fairly large variet
