If you're looking for a typical mystery novel: this isn't it. There is a murder, there's police officers trying to find out who did it, but solving that case really isn't the point of this novel. Instead, you get a deep dive into the main characters life philosophy. If you're looking for a philosophical case study and are ready to just completely throw disbelief at the ridiculous way the plot unfolds out of the window then this might be the book for you. I don't mean that in a sarcastic way - t
