If you're looking for a typical mystery novel: this isn't it. There is a murder, there's police officers trying to find out who did it, but solving that case really isn't the point of this novel. Instead, you get a deep dive into the main characters life philosophy. If you're looking for a philosophical case study and are ready to just completely throw disbelief at the ridiculous way the plot unfolds out of the window then this might be the book for you. Enjoyed the ride!
A surprising book. Although I needed to work on myself a bit to forgive some of the things to the author, I enjoyed the reading all along. It had interesting characters and developments and food for thought. Not very complex language, but not the simplest either. Can recommend!
