A Short Story Collection
This EX volume of Tales of Symphonia collects six different standalone short stories taking place either before or during the main story. They focus on Lloyd, Genis, Collete, and Zelos, and generally cover stories that don't appear in the main manga or game. Each was heartfelt, and added a much needed dose of characterization the manga was unfortunately not able to cover with its brevity.
The difficulty of these stories doesn't veer from the main manga: there's furigana for everything, and the
