One day, Gakunen, who is in training at a temple, decided to go to the mountain to pick chestnuts. There is a scary “yamamba” living in the mountain. The monk, worried about Gakunen, gives him “three bills”. A French university student adapted a Japanese folktale into a manga.
It's super useful, contains a lot of great things to learn but sadly doesn't do a perfect job at showing certain things via the drawings which can feel confusing at times but the story was fun and I think it matches quite well for a level 1, with a bit more work this would easily have been a 5 star!
