If you liked any of the 岸部露伴は動かない manga, then you'll probably like this one too. It's got a great mystery/suspense/horror plot. You also get to see a younger Rohan, who's in either high school or college.
One notable difference from the rest of JoJo is that there is not furigana for every kanji.

Fun plot, full furigana
Language learning: The other review by DIO-Berry mentions that there's no full furigana, however my edition (which I'm pretty sure was printed in 2023) had full furigana for every kanji. On the topic of kanji, the writing is simple and clear, and some words here or there are written in hiragana rather than kanji. If you were able to watch/read anything else Jojo, then you'll be able to read this with ease.
Story: Basically just another episode of Thus Spoke Kishibe Rohan/岸辺露伴は動かない. It was fun.
