Amazing, best level 0 of the entire batch!

Another Aesop classic translated to a picture book in Japanese with great vocab and grammar to learn. It's really hard to go wrong with this one, I highly recommend it!

I learnt three words (おおかみ; 物語; 羊飼い) which if I had seen the kanji for ものがたり I probably could have guessed the meaning. It was a very quick and funny read with repetition that made it even more approachable for beginners. I remember vividly struggling with books like this so I am happy to read it quickly like it's my native language even though it is a very simple book. I feel sad for the sheep for having such an incompetent leader.
