(3.95/5)Story
Uesugi Fuutarou, a study-obsessed, poor, reclusive high school boy gets stuck tutoring a group of 5 rich quintuplets with terrible academic abilities, who want nothing to do with him. He doesn't really want anything to do with them either, but as he goes to great lengths to get them to study, that begins to change. The story starts off with a flash of the future, where he is about to marry one of the 5, but keeps you really guessing about who until the very end.
Entertainment
Refreshingly, the characters are all well-developed and go through different trials and growth. The series is just as much about the sisters' relationships with each other, and how they come to terms with the ways they've changed since they were children. You see the good and bad of their daily lives and sibling relationships, in a way that isn't just about the male lead (though he does influence their growth). There's certainly lots of hilarious moments (and serious ones), and the story is essentially a fun, suspenseful romance.
Language
The entire manga has furigana, and there's even a colored edition! There's a solid amount of good, common vocabulary and grammar, and done great phrases or expressions. The only time it gets challenging is when they're mentioning historical figures or other academic subjects. Additionally it's pretty clear who's speaking at any given moment, due to font styles and speech patterns.
In terms of difficulty, I found it harder than most yuri manga I've read, but easier than series like New Game! | L25 , 君の名は | L23, or 暁のヨナ | L27. There's also an excellent anime adaptation, which I watched before reading the manga. The series strikes that rare balance between "not too hard" and "really enjoyable to read".

Good fun if you enjoy the genre
I bought this series on a whim yesterday from BookWalker sales and here we are, first volume down.
It was surprisingly smooth read despite some characters speaking in difficult kanji (especially 三玖 but also 風太郎 at times). Furigana throughout helps a ton.
The only rough spot was the historical part with lots of names. I was happy to recognize many of them by sound.
Despite enjoying this, caveats do apply: this is a harem romcom and with that come certain tropes. This first volume didn’t subvert them, but I also didn’t feel uncomfortable as I sometimes do with these stories. I’ll keep reading.
