Pleasantly surprised by this short stories compilation
I started reading this book because of the first short story but I was pleasantly surprised by the rest of the short stories as well. I could say this is one of the best written Japanese books I’ve read so far and it satiated my hunger for good SF material. It also contains some horror-esque pieces.
The last story did feel a bit more difficult than the rest and I almost quit the book when I had already read 96% of it, but I’m glad I didn’t. I will definitely read it again in the future, when my
