This manga follows two interwoven stories of families dealing with one child coming out as transgender. It's one of those Stories About A Social Issue; it's a bit melodramatic and nothing stunningly complex, and you're not going to learn a lot about the unique experience of being trans in Japan like you would with「僕が私になるために」, but the overall ending for both families is happy without being too rushed or unrealistic.
