Outside of no furigana for being material that is very similar to the average sports anime this manga is very easy. Some specific vocab related to horse racing is used and there is a few weird katakana nouns for races and other slang. The character themselves almost never say anything complicated and when they do another character simplifies if for the reader. Grammar is closer to N3/4 level but vocab can get a bit technical at times. Read the entire series

(As a note/disclaimer, the only thing I knew about Uma Musume before reading this is that it's a franchise about horse people)
