A dreamy whimsical book about a young girl who is quite odd and lives mostly in her own head. The overall theme is about happiness but that isn't particularly clear until much later in the book.
It's longer than a lot of similar level YA novels I've read. The language itself was simple and there was a lot of repetition which all made it good for extensive reading.
