A thoroughly average police procedural. Part of a series but I have no familiarity with the rest. This functions perfectly fine as a stand alone.
If 'this looks like a group suicide, and the members were maybe in a cult?! And maybe it's murder?!' interests you and you're not expecting anything too deep, knock yourself out. I enjoy this kind of book for chill reading/listening, and recommend it with that caveat in mind.
