Lovely adult slice-of-life romance

What a lovely ongoing manga! It's a story about the small mundane interactions and acts of kindness between an overworked salaryman and a supermarket cashier. It's a realistic adult setting with a slowly developing, suspenseful relationship between two people who empower and heal each other.

There is no furigana, but the vocabulary is very down to earth, words that are used constantly in daily life.

super adorable, i really enjoyed it. i was concerned the "gag" might get old but even through the end of the book it never felt like it was getting stale. i definitely want more of these characters and i'll pick up the second volume down the line.
the restrained setting and small cast make it easy to get used to the language relatively quickly. there's a little furigana in places with more unusual kanji. this was a comfortable difficulty level for me.
