This has a lot of my favourite themes for BL manga, including workplace setting, older 受け etc. I don't think it especially brings anything new to these kinds of themes, but the characters were fun, the story was engaging for me, and the illustrations were pretty. Can't ask for much more! Over all it's a cute story.
In terms of the language, it was fairly straight forward, and all Kanji have furigana, even if we've seen them before.
