Vol2 is better than Vol1 but....
Vol2 is definitely more interesting than Vol 1. Is it worth reading Vol 1 just to get to Vol 2.... nope, not in my opinion. Personally don't think Vol 2 is redeeming enough. The story does at least get a little bit more interesting. That said, I'm certain there will be people that do enjoy this author/series. It just wasn't for me personally. Way too much teen angst IMO.
However if/when Vol3 is is ever released it is supposed to wrap up this series and I'll probably read it as a complet
