Mary and Takeshi's love story is always fun to follow along with. We loved watching Mary turn him down. The are other characters, too, besides Mary and Takeshi. Mary is a foreign exchange student and Takeshi is a Japanese university student.

It got to the point where my class used to read ahead in the workbook so we could see what was going to happen next. If you can, also check out the video series that goes along with it on the official website!

It was an interesting material overall, but, this may be because some external factors, I found it a bit sluggish by the end of volume 2, specially during and after the keigo chapters (about chapter 20 or so). Apart of that, it vastely improved my knowledge in the grammar department.
