General improvement over the first volume
Depending on what you came for for the first book, this book is a pretty good improvement in most ways. The plot moves forward nicely (though you do end up with some typical isekai slice-of-life filler), the R18 scenes are now much more frequent, and there was very little cooking to be had (note "very little" and not "zero"). The harem aspect hasn't met any major roadblocks as of this volume, for better or worse, and the author appears to be doing actual set-up for future plot, which I'm hoping
